Replacement Guarantee

If a placed candidate exits within the first 90 days of joining, AK Aureum will conduct a complimentary one-time replacement search at no additional professional fee.

Refunds

Recruitment fees are non-refundable once a placement is successful, as our work concludes upon joining. Specific exceptions, where applicable, are recorded in the signed engagement letter.

Conditions

The replacement guarantee applies only when the original fee has been paid in full and within agreed timelines, and where the exit is not initiated by the employer.

Process

To invoke a replacement, write to your dedicated consultant within 14 days of the candidate's exit. A revised search will commence within 5 working days.
